• Identify and assess hazards and risks to health and safety and take actions to eliminate or minimise them as far as is reasonably practicable
• Provide information, instruction, and training to enable all workers to work safely and competently
• Consult with workers and involve them in health, safety, and welfare matters
• Provide appropriate safety equipment and personal protective equipment, ensuring that it is used correctly and kept in good condition
• Provide an appropriate injury treatment and return to work programme
• Continuously improve our health and safety performance by setting measurable objectives and targets, regular audits and reviewing our health and safety management system
